Booking Policy
By booking a photo session, you confirm that you have read and accepted the following booking terms.
1. Booking and Appointment Confirmation
A booking request is initially non-binding.
The appointment is considered confirmed only once the date and time have been confirmed by me and the agreed deposit has been received.
Only after the deposit has been received is the appointment reserved for you.
2. Deposit
The deposit is required to reserve the agreed appointment and is non-refundable.
If an appointment is cancelled within the permitted cancellation period, we will first try to find an alternative date. However, the deposit cannot be refunded.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation or a request to reschedule is possible up to 5 days before the scheduled appointment.
In the event of a timely cancellation, I will be happy to try to find a new appointment for you. Rescheduling is possible once only and is subject to availability.
If you cancel less than 5 days before the appointment or do not attend, the appointment cannot be rescheduled and the deposit will be forfeited.
In the event of illness or other unforeseen circumstances, we will try to find a suitable solution whenever possible.
4. Late Arrival
If you arrive late, the shooting time may be shortened accordingly so that subsequent appointments can be kept on schedule.
In the case of a significant delay, it may no longer be possible to carry out the session in full. The agreed price remains payable in this case.
5. Weather and Outdoor Sessions
For outdoor photo sessions, the appointment may be rescheduled due to unsuitable weather conditions. The decision will be made together and, whenever possible, communicated as early as possible.
The session will generally take place in cloudy weather as long as the weather conditions allow it.
6. Photo Selection and Editing
The final images will be selected by me based on their quality, expression, and overall visual result.
The photos included in your package will be professionally edited. Editing includes, among other things, colour and light correction as well as natural skin retouching.
Extensive beauty retouching, significant body modifications, or the removal of larger objects are not automatically included in the session price and can be offered separately upon request.
The editing is carried out in the style shown in my portfolio. RAW files and unedited original files are not provided.
7. Additional Photos and Photo Products
Additional edited photos may be purchased after the session.
Depending on the package and available options, you can also order high-quality photo products such as prints, photo canvases, photobooks, or other products.
Prices for additional services and products will be communicated transparently before purchase.
8. Dresses and Accessories
Depending on the type of photo session, a selection of dresses and accessories may be available.
The availability of specific styles, colours, or sizes cannot be guaranteed. Please note that not every dress will be suitable or available for every person.
9. Photography Style
My photographic style and approach to image editing are an integral part of my artistic service. By booking a session, you agree that the images will be created and edited in accordance with my portfolio and photographic style.
Individual preferences and ideas can of course be discussed before or during the session.
10. Liability
I am not liable for personal belongings brought to the photo session.
In the event of damage to studio equipment, props, or other items caused by clients or accompanying persons, the corresponding costs may be charged.
11. Accompanying Persons and Children
Please let me know in advance if additional people will be attending the session.
During sessions with children or babies, the course of the session may vary due to their mood, sleep, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep the session as flexible and relaxed as possible.
12. Data Protection
Personal data provided as part of the booking process will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
