Conditions for booking: 

Prepayment: 

A 30% deposit of the total cost of the photo shoot is required to confirm the booking. Payment can be made via PayPal or transfer by account number. The remaining balance is payable on the day of the photo shoot. 

Cancellation and Rescheduling: 

In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the prepayment will not be refunded. 

A photo shoot can be rescheduled once without loss of prepayment if the rescheduling is initiated at least 48 hours before the originally scheduled date. 

Confirmation: 

A booking is only considered confirmed once the prepayment has been received. I will contact you to confirm the date and time of the photo shoot and send you the details for prepayment.

Duration and location: 

The duration of the photo shoot for the “Mini” package on location is 1 hour, for the “Standard” package on location 2-3 hours. At the client’s request the shooting can be done in a studio. The duration of the shoot is negotiated in advance. 

Additional services: 

If you require additional services such as stylist consultation, make-up, hairstyling, props rental, additional time, please specify it when filling out the form. These services may affect the total cost of the photo shoot. 

Preparedness and Punctuality: 

I ask that you arrive at the shoot location 10-15 minutes prior to the shoot. If you are late, your shoot time may be shortened. 

Files and processing: 

All photos will be provided in digital format. 

Processing of the photos takes a maximum of 3 weeks. 

You will receive a minimum of 15 high resolution photos without watermarks for the “Mini” package and a minimum of 30 high resolution photos without watermarks for the “Standard” package. Your photos will be available in individual gallery.
